What is Pranic Healing?
Pranic Healing is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that works with the body’s natural life force, known as prana, to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
Rooted in ancient healing traditions and refined through modern understanding of the human energy system, Pranic Healing focuses on cleansing and energizing the body’s energetic field to promote overall wellbeing.
Every person has an energy body that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. This subtle system of energy centers, often referred to as chakras, helps regulate the health of our organs, emotions, and nervous system. When these energy centers become congested, depleted, or imbalanced, it can manifest as stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or physical discomfort.
Through a non-touch technique, Pranic Healing gently clears stagnant or depleted energy from the body’s energy field and replenishes it with fresh, vital prana. This process helps restore energetic harmony, allowing the body’s natural healing processes to function more efficiently.
What to expect during a session

Preparing the body energetically before your session can help the treatment be even more effective. A simple and recommended practice is taking a salt bath or salt shower prior to your appointment, as salt helps draw out stagnant or heavy energy from the body.
Salt Bath: Add about one cup of regular table salt to warm bathwater and soak for 15–20 minutes.
Salt Shower: Mix table salt with a small amount of coconut or olive oil and gently massage it over the skin as a scrub before rinsing.
A few drops of lavender essential oil may also be added for its calming and grounding qualities.
This preparation is helpful but not required. -

Your Pranic Healing session is designed to be a calm, restorative experience that supports both energetic balance and nervous system regulation.
When you arrive, we will begin with a brief conversation about how you are feeling physically,
emotionally, and energetically. This allows the session to be guided by your unique needs in that moment.
You will then lie comfortably on the treatment table, fully clothed, in a quiet and peaceful environment.
During the session, gentle energy techniques are used to assess, cleanse, and energize the body’s energy centers and surrounding energy field. Pranic Healing is performed without physical touch as the practitioner works within the body’s energetic field to remove stagnant energy and replenish it with fresh, revitalizing life force energy.
